What is the cost of building a Luxury Studio Home?
The cost of building a Luxury Studio Home will vary depending on many differing factors, this will be regarding the materials chosen, size of the build, internal fixtures and fittings and modifications.
Our Luxury Studio Homes start from $145,000 + GST.
 
We can tailor make your Luxury Studio Home to suit your needs and wants.
 
Will you need a permit to build a Luxury Studio Home?
This will be determined by your location and your local Council specific zoning regulations relating to where you plan to situate your Luxury Studio Home. You may require a permit, so it is important for you to investigate the zoning requirements in your area, prior to construction.
 
Is it possible to live in Luxury Studio Home full-time?
Yes, however, again there may be guidelines and zoning permits pertaining to where this will be situated.  Checking with your local Council will confirm what and how you can utilise your Luxury Studio Home.
 
Why a Luxury Studio Home?
Studio living offers variations in large open areas, it can be a bedroom at night and an office by day or just somewhere to relax and unwind uninterrupted.
 
You can utilise the space efficiently by separating areas or using the concept of “Tiny Home and minimalist living” principles. We have incorporated clever storage to maximise space whilst still having the luxuries of everyday living around you.
 

How are Luxury Studio Homes constructed?
We build our Luxury Studio Homes on our premises and then these are transported to your location. These are constructed by our dedicated, qualified trades people who are committed in making a luxurious quality build. 
 
How are these transported?
Depending on the size of your studio, will always depend on what is required with transportation. Generally, for a standard studio home, will either require a crane truck or a tilt-tray truck depending on the site specifics. 
(Note# all transportation cranage and siting is not included in our price)
 
What is the cost of our Luxury Studio home – “The Hideaway”?
The cost of the actual studio only is $145,000 + GST.
 
Can we add an extended roof eaves as per Luxury Studio Homes – “The Hideaway”?
Yes, please note the standard roof eaves for Luxury Studio home is 500mm to all facades. The extended roof eaves shown in our pictures is 2000mm to front elevation only.  This will involve the roof materials being transported separately and installed on-site.  This will take approximately 1 -2 days.
(Note# this will be an additional fee that is not included in our base price)
 
Can we add decking to the Luxury Studio Home - “The Hideaway”?
Yes, this will be an additional fee, with additional transport cost. 
 
Can we add an automated Murphy Queen size bed frame to the Luxury Studio Home - “The Hideaway”?
Yes, this will be at an additional fee.
